They govern your access to and use of parapgroup.com and everything published on it, including text, articles, graphics, images, and downloads (together, the “Site” and its “Content”).

Other names and marks that appear on the Site belong to their respective owners.
Linking to and from the Site
You may link to the Site’s home page or to individual articles, as long as the link is fair and accurate and does not suggest any endorsement or relationship that does not exist. You may not frame the Site or display its Content within another website.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as LinkedIn. We do not control and are not responsible for those websites, their content, or their privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site or its owner.
Information you send us
Information you share through our contact form, newsletter signup, or by email is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the Site. Contacting us does not create a client relationship or any duty of confidentiality. If you believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, please email info@parapgroup.com with a description of the work, where it appears on the Site, and your contact information. We will review your notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and changing the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PPG regarding your use of the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
