Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider’s servers automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. When you submit a form, we also record the date, time, the page you were on, and your IP address to help prevent spam and abuse.
Our website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not currently use website analytics. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

- Email. Form submissions and correspondence are delivered through our business email providers.
- Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google. See Google’s privacy policy for details.
- Scheduling and social links. If you book a call through an online scheduling service or follow a link to LinkedIn, that service’s own privacy policy applies to the information you provide there.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe. We keep information longer only where the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe. You can stop receiving our newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@parapgroup.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
- Additional rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. We will honor requests as required by applicable law.
Security
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and newsletter subscriber records are stored in a private area of our server that is not publicly accessible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
